    The rate could be founded below. The pricing shall be implemented based on ACM's latest pricing standards.
    Journal Publication Fee
    		 To be announced after the journal is confirmed

    *Author: Submit full paper and present paper on the conference.
        1)Student author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments(only for the first author).
        2)HKSME member: Provide a valid member ID.

    *Presenter: Submit abstract for presentation. Presenters could attend the conference and give a presentation on conference, without publication.

    *Listeners: Attend the conference only, without submission and publication.

    *APC fee: To support a smooth transition, ACM offers temporary subsidized 2026 APC rates (funded by ACM):

    1.Journal Articles:
    • Non-ACM/SIG members: $1450
    • At least 1 ACM/SIG member: $950
    • Authors from lower-middle income countries: $725 (non-members) / $475 (members)

    2.Proceedings/ACM Conference/ICPS Conference Articles (same rates for all three):
    • Non-ACM/SIG members: $350
    • At least 1 ACM/SIG member: $250
    • Authors from lower-middle income countries: $175 (non-members) / $125 (members)

Listener Registration

1. One Day Access: May 21 or May 22. Includes: conference attendance, tea break and lunch. Dinner is not included.

2. Two Days Access: May 21 + May 22. Includes: conference attendance, tea break and lunch, and dinner on May 22.

3. Full Package Access: May 20-23. Includes: all conference activities and meals provided in the program.

Registration Notices

1. The papers will be published online.

2. Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings.

3. The retrieval information of publications listed above only reflects the current situation, if there are any changes, the organizer doesn't assume any responsibility. The conference organizer cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular databases.

4. Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers.

5. The conference organizer is not responsible for any accomodation process. You can seek your hotel on your own.

6. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

Cancellation Policy

1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons, such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.

3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.

4. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers
a. Registration cancellations are made prior to April 21, 2027, 70% of the registration fee will be returned.
b. There are no refunds on conference registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after April 21, 2027 (including April 21, 2027).

5. 30 USD will be deducted if one paid via bank transfer when refunding at any time, which shall be borne by the payer him/herself.

6. The Additional Page Fee are non-refundable once the conference organizer has submitted the publication files to the publisher, regardless of whether the paper can pass the review of publisher or retrieval agencies.
