2023 3rd International Conference on Robotics and Control Engineering (RobCE 2023) will take place in Nanjing, China during March 24-26, 2023, which is organized by Southeast University, sponsored by Jiangsu Instrument and Control Society, Jiangsu Association of Artificial Intelligence-Technical Committee on Robot, China Instrument and Control Society-Technical Committee on Haptic Sensing and Interaction, School of Automation, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Advanced Robotics Research Institute, supported by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), media supported by MDPI-Robotics. Focusing on the international research and key application domains of robot and control engineering, around the theme of innovative development of intelligent society, RobCE is going to conduct high level academic communication and display the latest achievements, build the international collaborative innovation platform.

Call for Papers-Topics

RobCE 2023 is scheduled to include high-quality paper presentation sessions revealing the latest research findings, and to engage participants in interesting discussion sessions. The RobCE organizing committee invites researchers worldwide to submit papers and share the valuable experiences with the scientists from the world.Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

Track I: Robot perception,navigation and control
Track II:Telerobot control
Track III: Autonomous robot
Track IV: Industrial robot control
Track V: Human and robot interactive control
Track VI: Control theory and application in robot
Track VII: Novel Robots Design and Analysis
Track VIII: Generalized Parallel Mechanisms Modeling

Peer Review Policy

All submissions to the RobCE will be peer reviewed, and each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 independent reviewer. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the requirements of the conference proceedings, predefined criteria, and quality, completeness, originality and grammar of the research presented. The notification of acceptance or reject will be sent to authors when the peer review is done. Manuscript requirements:
1. The manuscript must be written in English;
2. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;
3. The topics of manuscript should be relevant to conference topics;
4. The manuscript should be no less than 8 pages (Single column-Word) or 5 pages (Double columns-LaTex);
5. Plagiarism and duplicate submission are prohibited; 
6. Innovation and scientific value are a must.

The Second Round

Notification of Acceptance: Feb. 10, 2023
Registration Deadline: Feb. 25, 2023


1. After a careful reviewing process, all the registered and presented papers will be included in ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ISBN: 978-1-4503-9811-4), the publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication.

2. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.

The paper need to be fomatted according to template. There are the following three template for your choice.

3. Full Paper Template (LaTeX) * Please use the "sigconf" proceedings template.

The detailed registration procedure for authors and presenters can be found in the accpetance letter. For listeners, please contact the conference secretary by email. When you submit the registration materials, the conference secretary will contact you within 2 or 3 workdays to confirm your registration.

RobCE 2023 is now accepting oral presentation and poster presentation. If you are interested in presenting your research on the conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, please submit the abstract to us.
